Select rasterize layer. Ctrl\/Cmd click on the layer thumbnail to select the type.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/photoshopcafe.com\/new1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/outline-1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-58948\" src=\"https:\/\/photoshopcafe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/outline-2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"60\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"stepcolor\">Step 3<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Create a new blank layer.<\/p>\n<p>Edit&gt;stroke. I added a 6 pixel stroke here.
